    පරිප්පු වෙනුවට බඩ ඉරුගු ආදේශ කරපු කතාව නම් ටිකක් මෝඩයි. බඩ ඉරිගු හොදිත් මම කාලා තියනවා. ඒකත් පට්ට රහයි. උබලට තේරෙන්න කියනව නම් තනිකර කඩල පරිප්පු කනවා වගේ තමයි.

    You missed only one ...... Molybdenum. All legumes (including lentils) are the richest sources of Molybdenum. Naturally the content varies with the soil conditions where it's being grown.

    that's true. do you also know that Canada is the world’s leading producer and exporter of lentils. also growing lentil is good for the soil. you can grow lentils next to other vegetables. lentils, are a nitrogen fixing crop which means they are able to fix nitrogen from the air and do not rely on soil residual nitrogen as much as other non- nitrogen fixing crops
