you can configure the two routers with different ips in same network and configure your pc with multiple gateways

well the simplest thing I can think of is to get a small 4 port switch
connect the two routers and the pc to it
turn off dhcp on both routers and manually set them IP on lan side
set an IP from same range on your pc and setup the two router IPs as your gateways (make sure to set a lower metric to your preferred route)
when the preferred one is off the traffic will be sent to the other one

yes you can. make sure both routers and pc are in same network
it should be noted that in this simplistic setup suggested here only allows for using one router or the other
it's not going to allow you to use both connections simultaneously

I want to make a connection between PC1 and PC2 via internet.
Can I do it using one switch like above.? I just sketched it using the Cisco packet tracer.
