Software company with more than 40 people working for various projects from oversees. Worst working experience ever. Survived only for 09 months, also barely survived 03 weeks after joined too. Worst kind of Office Politics and so many people fighting to gain some points and spreading rumors only to get attention of the management.
Management is full of bad things, HR department barely know the principles, leave policy and acts related to HRM. Payroll also the same, never even know the basics on how salary calculation per day was done.
Best part is, when you finally resigned, they reach to your throat without hesitation and try to cut down the salary or even try deductions on the leaves you have taken by saying you don't have approval for those. (heard they made few changes to the Contract/Agreement recently and now the Notice period is 02 months when a employee needs to resign)
Lots of funny stuff and bad things can be published in a book, this is no place to work. People being caught-up with a bate and leave a place for some good money, think not only twice....
This is to let everyone know, they dont have a clue on HR practices and rules, regulations. bcos of lack of knowledge of those people, found the responsible person dont hv such experience. General manager is a person with posess only to express how to make a login page and how you test it properly....
Update:: Oh, What a way of time tracking??? U need to give explanation on why u are late. :'-).

Wow. Nice reply from CEO. i wonder how many people left the place recently. When is due to take legal action against me? you are about to get recognized as the worst software company in the country in near future. There are certain universities and it institutions already aware of terminating employment of their graduates as well.
Again, this is the worst company with outdated hr practices and tech stacks as well. job risk is too high, u wont see it coming. The day u had lunch with u r colleague might be the last day at offfice.
my current employer received a phone call from the ceo of qualittapps and its being almost a year since he tried that and he didnt knew it could be the reason later he lose so many senior engineers left the place. It was the first time i experienced such pathetic behavior from a so called enterpreneur with so many good things him self bragging about. Eventually my current employer trusted me with all his senses and laughed at me and said, "now i can understand why all of a sudden so many cv's from qualittapps in my inbox".
Also, this crazy man tried similar pathetic thing to a young girl who worked for him only 5 days. This person advuced one of his staff to contact a person who is a very well known coach in project management which she mentioned as a referee in her cv. he told, he gave them a good lecture on his student and seems it got back-fire them selves.
It is really a very disturbing plsce for the younger once who might be having a dream of joining a good it company for the internship wont get any good exposure in technology or best practices as they are getting themselves into malpractices and worst experiences of all kind, even the first termination due to no valid reason u never expect.
Wont recommend this place for anybody, even for someone to work as a cleaning or kitchen staff. I've heard ceo deducted late night meal expenses for a team who spent night to do some lighting decorations from the office caretaker recently. It is just disgusting about this person. Trying so hard to remove the review time to time, but i will update all u out there for the betterment for the entire industry.
