YEAR 2012 / 132.000KM / tuneup did yesterday / only problem is this low usable capacity 20% / no other single issue

    1)should i condition the battery (repair/cleanup)
    a)how much cost?
    b)how long will it last
c)after conditioning does battery usable capacity increase?

2)should i replace with a new recondition imported battery
    a)how long will it last
b)hybrid hub told this must also replace the controller, is it true?

3)should i run this until it shows an indicator

a)what happens if you run with a very low hybrid battery, does it damage other parts
b)is it bad to run the vehicle at 20% usable capacity

na mchan, didnt touch the battery since bought. there's no charging/dropping issues. all works fine. iam skeptic about running at this 20% percentage cuz, i'am afraid it will stop on the road lol. will it stop so or keep running just with petrol engine with no issues/minimal pull power?

My gp1 battery was at 23% did a battery reconditioning from a place at kandy. 1 cell. Had to be replaced. Total cost was 62,500. Drove for 1 month (about 1000km ) after reconditioning. So far so good. Acceleration improved a lot. And battery condition seems to be holding well. No idea on the long term reliability yet. Hybrid hub is bloody expensive. Try battery lab instead. They sell reconditioned gp1 battery packs at 170k with a w years warranty. Bworth the price i would say.

If replacing, always replace with a re -energized and balanced battery. Do not replace with a normal used battery imported from japan. Re energizing (or reconditioning) improves the battery life it seems. It takes about 2-3 days for the process. Just visit battery lab nugegoda and see. Thier offer is quite promising. If you are aroung kandy, let me know i'll direct you to my friend's place from where i got the re conditioning done. They also have re conditioned batteries(similar to what battery lab offers) for 100k with a 1 year warranty

You can do a patchwork repair (replacing cells) and sell the car off - this is what most ppl do

Or replace the battery - not sure if brand new ones are available somewhere.

i decided to condition the battery and run until it goes dead (until the errors start to show) , once it goes dead , replacing with recondition new one. battery lab seems to be a good place, will check with them, thank you all for your valuable comments.
