But, If manufacturing company A is selling a product at Rs. 100 (after paying normal taxes ) and If manufacturing company B is selling the same product for Rs. 87 (because they pay fewer taxes after bribing)

Do you think the general consumer ( general public) will buy the product from company A giving Rs.100 because they are paying tax?

Consumers will always go for the Rs.85 product.

Soon, either company A will have to close the business or pay bribes, get the taxes reduced, and pass that benefit to the consumer
