Nope. I am a psychologist working for an NGO.

So learning a local language is a must for my profession as I deal with people.

You need a job sponsorship or else go for a masters and get the job visa.. Germany job seek visa is a more viable option atm, grab it before too late... By the way you need 5+ exp to get this visa

Unlike IT guys, a person like me who work with people definitely need to learn the language..

German is pretty hard and takes time to master.. probably an year or so.

Yes. There is no way around it...Plus you have to learn the language if you are moving to a European country otherwise life will be very difficult and most people doesn't even care about you if you don't knbow their language , exact opposite to sri lanka ..Move to canada then

Machn If I go to country like Sweden for higher studies (probably a Master) what is the outlook of getting a job?

For part time jobs you need the language...but some professions like IT doesn't require much language..knowing english is enough
