For me Modafinil dint work after a week , but now i use 6 x ritalin 10mg per day

this is a highly addictive drug. Long term use include depression and brain tissue damage.

Bro, Dont search for medicines in internet... not everything is written in internet because they are not written by docs. read for medical journals on side effects of Methylphenidate..

some docs dont even recomment this medicine due to side effects, alas their are newer better alternatives..

Non stimulants like Strattera or Intuniv...

But they aren't effective as Retalin and takes longer to act.

Anyway I would compaire long term side effects of drugs to Heroine .. including depression, Suicidal thoughts, irregular heartbeat and hallucinations (hearing voices, seeing people)
