Well actually no. What you are saying is
do you suppose we must do ...

Both 'be suppsed to' and 'do noun suppose ...' are suggestions.
But I have never seen 'do noun suppose to' combination.

Well I don't know. Stick with what is natural to you.
For me, the natural way is 'be supposed to'. But sometimes 'do noun suppose ...' comes out of nowhere.
verb + karanan oneda dapu nisa oyata oatalila

natural de mokakda kiala hoyaganna one nam

exact terms dekama google karanna (within quotes) do we supposed to know is never used...but how do we supposed to know is used which is correct...

    Do we suppose to know her වරදිඔ වෙන්නේ කොහොමද? 'Do" Auxiliary verb එකක් විදියට පාවිච්චි කරලා තියෙන්නේ?
Well you can try to find a place where that structure is used. If it is there then you stick to it.

English is not logical sometimes. They made their rules, they break it often and call it a 'common way of using' crap.
    Whatever makes you happy.

    "Present" what?
    "Present progressive" or "simple present"
    It's a positive question, right?

That sentence states a universal truth; like,

"To teach English you are supposed to know English".

This is a present tense sentence; how come the past tense of the verb "suppose" is used then? Simple, it's used as an adjective, not a verb. How to use it, you can learn with the article I've linked in the previous page.

    in the simple present
is this sentence pattern right or wrong?
"Auxiliary verb + Subject +Verb+ Object"
my point is the letter "d" at the end of the suppose is a mistake. But "Do" at the beginning is absolutely correct.

Is it suppose to or supposed to? As discussed in the section above, when you wish to say you are required or obliged to do something, you want to use supposed to, not suppose to.

I’m not supposed to eat cookies before dinner. (Correct)
I’m not suppose to eat cookies before dinner. (Wrong)

    Likewise.

Are you supposed to eat cookies before dinner? (Correct)
Do you suppose to eat cookies before dinner? (Wrong)

Notice how the above sentence matches the "sentence pattern" you mentioned. It's not an issue with "sentence patterns", but recognizing the difference between the usage of the verb "suppose" vs. the adjectival form of it.
