Sinhalese Characters on Chrome with some websites

I am not sure what is happening with Chrome, on some websites I get Sinhalese letters instead of English. does anybody know how to fix this issue?

works fine for me.....try with IE browser not edge

Yes, works on IE with English letters but the site doesn't display properly. Anyway not a big issue just wanted to know what was happening

all new browsers are chromium base... some site are not updated according... this might be the issue... need more troubleshooting to see what is exactly going on... anyway it works on IE
