The cheapest probably would be Indian... Have heard that these cost about 35 lakhs INR + another 3 Lakhs INR for the Kit. Thta's a total of about $50,000 USD.

Last April a Chinese company started production (but not approved to be used on humans yet) and their pricings were between 1 and 3.5 million yuan ($140,000 - $500,000) with additional high costs on consumable items. It can cost a patient about 200,000 yuan for only two weeks' treatment in the ICU.

Te best ones are sourced by the US (approx $ 150,000 onwards) . The Germans make really good Ultra-Compact ECMOs and also hand-helds (by MAQUET Cardiopulmonary AG) and also the Italians (mostly by Sorin Group, Italia)

A non-rebreather mask and a reservior. One-way valves prevent exhaled air from reentering the oxygen reservoir. (Air escapes from the sides)
Usually deliver between 60 percent to 80 percent oxygen at a flow rate of about 10 to 15 L/min.

Also there's a Partial-Rebreather mask too. It looks similar to a non-rebreather mask but contains a two-way valve between the mask and reservoir bag. The valve allows some of your breath back into the reservoir bag.

මම දන්න විදිහට දැනට ක්‍රියාකාරී එක්මො එකක් තියෙන්නේ කරාපිටියෙ විතරයි. මැශින් එක තිබ්බට වැඩක් නෑ ඒකට විශේශිත පුහුනුව ලත් ඩොක්ටර්ස්ලා වගේම නර්ස්ලා සහ අනෙක් ස්ටාෆ් එකත් ඉන්න ඕනේ.

එක්කොමො එකෙන් ලේවලට ඔක්සිජන් මික්ස් කරල දෙන ගමන්ම හාර්ට් එක නැවතුනොත් මොලයට ලේ පම්ප් කරන්නත් පුලුවන් ඒ කියන්නේ හාර්ට් එකෙන් වෙන වැඩේ මේ මැශින් එකෙන් කරන්න පුලුවන් .
