Less than a decade to go for things will change a lot. There will be no need for small scale programming. AI will eventually minimise the need for programmers. Low coding will be required. AI will probably never replace programmers.
Programmers will be still needed to develop these systems, debugging and testing etc. The demand will probably be less. Programming will not become an exclusive human task. A sort of symbiotic relationship might happen.
