Need a Premio 240 1.5cc engine motte

Guys I need to buy a reliable engine motte for my Premio 240 (Allion engine also compatible).
Where can I buy a reliable engine with a warranty?
I heard some shops, they mention the mileage used.

And importantly, can I resell my existing engine, the issue is oil burning in my engine. Are there shops that replace new engine with my one?

Please advise guys.
