overpriced and over hyped..... besides Apple constantly tries to shepherd their users towards their own ecosystem and get them to spend as much money as possible
besides most of their designs and business ideas are built around gouging as much money as possible from their users (like their dongle market)
let's not forget how they're still clinging to that lightning port even in their latest iphone lineup when every other manufacturer has adopted USB C
they're cancerous to the tech industry in some aspects like setting trends that other competitors are sure to follow (like the headphone jack and leaving out the phone charger out)

without a doubt iOS is smooth and UX is very nice. All super flagships are range at somewhat same price points. 700-999USD.
Apple service and warranty is un-matched. but in Sri Lanka iphone is over priced, over hyped. Service is terrible.

due to SL economy, only rich people can buy this, in other countries like US they pay half of their monthly salary for iphone, most will go for installment plans, they even have trade-in offer (for older iphone X you will get 200USD off instantly) so iphone is not for SL.

It's a reliable brand for rich people in sri lanka. I prefer to buy devices for quarter price of apple, just incase i can buy another one if i wants.
