How to kill a dog legally?

i have a dog that cannot be controlled.
Its biting neighbors..kids and even me for no reason.
This happened a lot and now i think its time to put it down.
I dont want to be rude but my love for the dog is gone.

How can i do this in a more human way and legally.
( please dont consider me as a rude person i love animals and i cant keep up with bs.)
