A mother and son were arrested in the Morawewa Police Division, Trincomalee for engaging in improper relationship, Police said.
The mother is 48 years old and the son is 28 years old and both were from Morawewa.
It has come to light that after getting separated from the husband
The husband was notified by his relatives and they lodged a complaint with the Police regarding the incest
, the mother was residing with the husband’s relatives and was having an improper relationship with her son, who was residing in Kantalai.
Later, both started living together at Morawewa area.
The husband was notified by his relatives and they lodged a complaint with the Police regarding the incest. Following investigations, the Police arrested both and produced them in Court.
