No login feature in SriLankan Airlines

There is no login feature for bookings. It seems that anyone with your booking reference number (which is only six chars long) can modify your booking details.

I didn't even get an email confirmation when modifying seats and so on. Anyone have an idea why?

Not only with sri lankan.You can change that in many airlines if you have the number without login

No idea.May be bacause of the email confirmation.

If they send an email confirmation, then that should be fine. But I didn't get any email confirmation, notification or anything.
The reference number is not something that is confidential either. For example if you contact support the first thing they asked is the reference number.
