    Work experience walin first two years adu karala thamai ACS eken experience years count karanne.

    Examples -
    • If Graduated in 2010 - Technically, you should have 12 years of experience if you graduated in 2010 and have been working since. However, ACS will subtract the first two years and determine that you have 10 years of experience in total.
    • Let's say you graduated in 2010, but you were doing your bachelor's part-time and started working full-time in 2008 (9 hrs per day, even as a trainee software developer), then your experience will calculate from the day you graduated deducting the two years from 2008 to 2010.

    ඔය ACS එකේ වගේ අඩු කරන්නෙ නෑ EA එකේ.
