Explain me why Sri Lankans take everything to extreme level

I am not sure if y'all on down syndrome. I made this observation by looking at social media. A lot women in this country take everything to extreme level.

When you compare them with European women, our girls are more like prostitutes. European women might post 2-3 pictures in shorts once a year but here they post such images daily basis, women here more like Monkeys

As per me, it's not a matter of down syndrome, but it could be the matter of lack of exposure
