iPhone X Battery Health & Replacing

go to Mobilink in liberty plaza.. i replaced from them... battery health is still 100%.. 13+ hours usage in moderate use.. was 13K... dont know new prices.. replaces 7 months back.

its from foxconn...battery is good.. i n using it... still halth is 100%.. with wifi on battery last for 13 + hours

Thank you, bro, for your valuable comment, , I'm thinking to do with mobillink ,it will appear as a duplicate part in the iPhone am I correct?
Another thing is I'm using a 20wt high-speed charger(Original) for the regular charge, But I think iPhone Xs is recommending only 15 wt charge.
Sure it should not do but is it doing material harm to the battery (According to your experience)

No.. it won't show as a duplicate part.. it shows same as original. No any errors or special massage showing.
Don't worry. I m using 5W &20W charger time to time... No harm n it. I m charging mostly at night keeping optimized battery charging on...
