Right, if you already have offers from both and they are for a similar salary + benefits; choose Sysco. Usually there's no much work and you can have a relaxed work environment. (But, this could get changed depends on the manager + project you'd get assigned to)

Cake on the other hand.. well I 'heard' you have to bust your ass. But on the plus side, they do offer a better salary compared to Sysco.

My advice; if you are okay with working past the clock (again a speculation this) and don't have an offer, try to get a better one from Cake and join 'em. Else, Sysco.
