im not existing user of any of these services, i need to create new account.

pissuda? I created a dollar account two weeks bank... only thing is the Sri Lankan banks might now allow payments to Wise... but keep in mind, WISE is approved by CBSL..

as far as I found out, the payments we make to WISE, are counted as fund transfers.. so the banks won't allow FUnd transfers to overseas banks..
