It will be great for anyone with ambition and trying to reduce recent tax charged directly from local IT salaries.

I got my info from a charted accountant in the field. AFAIK you can calculate the percentage of foreign vs local income and only pay 30% for local income on IT companies.

At least 5 years IT industry experience is good. Need to be little bit marketing oriented (or willing to learn marketing and sales in future) . Main thing is to see if we an work together to grow a company.

I have 11-12 years of IT experience, but I don't think I am marketing-oriented for now. 7-8 years of experience in the MSP(UK, USA, Canada and Aus) field, not sure if useful for your idea

I checked this with inland revenue and they confirmed no tax for foreign income for both corporate and personal

first, you have to find the first customer, then form a company and find a co-founder with dev experience. if it's a product then different story.
