So I was walking past a testing center and instantly decided to get a test done. I ate my breakfast at around 6.30 am so this was done after 1 hour since I last ate.

I believe that it is pretty great given I have eaten about 1 hour prior, so my actual numbers must be in the range of 80s.

Hmmm For random, you must wait 2 hours or at least 1.30H before the blood work.,

Plus for some there is no point in checking fasting or random well... HBa1C is more accurate and insulin resistance is much more accurate.

As I have hemorrhoids, I consume tamarind frequently. If not, it takes two dates to get bowel movements for what I eat. This condition developed as a result of heavy consumption of processed food during my twenties. What can I do to manage this issue?

Currently, I eat one or two servings of cooked rice along with a few pieces of coocked fish.
