BTW, who said apple has 10% alcohol? Fresh cold pressed apples have no alcohol, some apple juice in the markets is said to contain ethyl alcohol about 0.06% to 0.6% ABV.
Even Apple Cider has only about 4.5% - 7% ABV depending n the brand. It's the fermentation process that results in alcohol.

PS: There are heaps of formulations, tablets and capsules of papaya leaf extract in Indian pharmacies. I thought to buy some but forgot at the last minute. Indian medical guys tell me that it doesn't pass the test anyway. But something is better than nothing.
