It depends. If you have lots of brick walls, set it to Auto or 20/40/80 range. 5Ghz band is fast but range is bad, 2.4Ghz bit slower but give you good range.

I personally keep 2.4 @ 20/40 with channel 6/7
5Ghz with 20/40/80 (auto) range and channel 44/48

I don't have this ZTE router now.SLT replaced our unit to Huawei router. Huawei is better
