    I believe the best ting to do in such a scenario is to stay on the runway and make it to a stop. Because we don't know the damage. Best example is PIA 8303

    I don't really know... But this shows that they do. Most likely they do live training with those who are pilots but not really flown these models.

    proper action is to go around. The pilot did exactly that.

    What is the benefit of going around after a hard landing?. It seems an unstable approach, bit high and fast. Going around then is correct. but after touching down? what is the purpose?

    Once bumped, it is very difficult to land smoothly again and the damage can increase, so it is more appropriate to go back up and repeat the whole step.

    If you bounce, then go around. The other option is a pilot induced oscillation which can cause more trouble.
