Not trying to discourage or disappoint you but $500 pm is a bit on the low side. This is about 2300 Romanian Leu. Note that I haven't worked or lived in Romania but only been there. The SLankans I met there said that many get a 600 Leu monthly food allowance plus accommodation. Even the girls working in Pizza places said the salary is about 3000 Leu. How accurate these are I don't know but many came up with these figures.
On the bright side once you get there you can change to a better paid employment. Good Luck.

I could apply for the dependent visa, but I chose to go for a working visa so we both can work and live together. Romania is an IT-friendly country, so I’m planning to start an IT degree after one or two years and begin a new career in IT, since I’m a well-experienced graphic designer and have learned front-end development. So, one step at a time. It’s really good to give valid arguments and facts rather than shouting ‘apo ohe yanna epa, salay madi vage bayi talks.’ Thanks for your valuable answer
