Change MFA to what machan? No providers in SL seem to be able to provide OTP codes. What did you do? Which service provider are you using?

As first step they remove MFA from account.
Then you can use it as it is without MFA.

Or you can set another Phone number. As you mentioned they are no guarantee about OTP code from ay network in SL.
