Many countries offer financial incentives to help newly married couples or first-time homebuyers purchase their first home. These incentives come in various forms, including grants, tax credits, subsidies, low-interest loans, and other financial assistance programs. Here’s a look at some countries that offer such incentives:

    ### 1. **United States**
    - **First-Time Homebuyer Programs**: The U.S. offers a range of state and federal programs that help first-time homebuyers with down payment assistance, low-interest loans, and tax incentives.
    - **FHA Loans**: Backed by the Federal Housing Administration, these loans allow lower down payments and credit scores, often appealing to newly married couples.
    - **State and Local Programs**: Many states offer grants, low-interest loans, or deferred payment loans for first-time homebuyers. Programs vary by state.

    ### 2. **Canada**
    - **First-Time Home Buyer Incentive**: The Canadian government provides a shared equity mortgage for first-time buyers, reducing monthly payments without increasing the down payment.
    - **Home Buyers' Plan (HBP)**: Couples can withdraw up to CAD 35,000 from their retirement savings plan (RRSP) tax-free to buy or build a home.
    - **First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit**: A federal tax credit helps reduce tax liability for first-time buyers.

    ### 3. **Australia**
    - **First Home Owner Grant (FHOG)**: Each state and territory in Australia offers a first home owner grant, which is often aimed at new homes or newly constructed properties.
    - **First Home Loan Deposit Scheme**: This program helps first-time buyers purchase a home with a smaller deposit, and the government guarantees a portion of the loan.
    - **Stamp Duty Exemptions/Concessions**: In many states, newly married couples or first-time buyers are eligible for reduced or waived stamp duties on home purchases.

    ### 4. **United Kingdom**
    - **Help to Buy**: The UK government provides equity loans to help first-time buyers with new builds. Couples can borrow a percentage of the home's cost interest-free for the first five years.
    - **Lifetime ISA**: First-time buyers can save up to £4,000 a year in a Lifetime ISA, and the government will provide a 25% bonus.
    - **Stamp Duty Relief**: First-time buyers are eligible for stamp duty relief on homes priced below a certain threshold.

    ### 5. **Singapore**
    - **Housing and Development Board (HDB) Grants**: Singapore offers generous grants to newlyweds purchasing their first HDB flat. These include the **Enhanced CPF Housing Grant** and **Additional Housing Grant**, aimed at subsidizing home costs.
    - **Staggered Downpayment Scheme**: This scheme allows couples to spread out the down payment for their first flat, easing financial pressure.

    ### 6. **Ireland**
    - **Help to Buy (HTB) Scheme**: First-time buyers purchasing new homes can claim a refund of the income tax and deposit interest retention tax (DIRT) paid over the previous four years, up to a set maximum.
    - **Mortgage Interest Relief**: Couples can claim tax relief on the interest paid on their mortgage for the first seven years.

    ### 7. **Germany**
    - **Baukindergeld**: A grant for families and newlyweds buying their first home, this program provides up to €12,000 per child (spread over ten years) to help with the purchase of a home.
    - **KfW Loans**: Germany's government-owned development bank offers low-interest loans to first-time buyers, particularly for energy-efficient homes.

    ### 8. **New Zealand**
    - **First Home Grant**: This program provides up to NZD 10,000 per couple for new builds or up to NZD 5,000 for existing homes.
    - **KiwiSaver First Home Withdrawal**: Couples can withdraw their savings from the KiwiSaver retirement plan to help with their first home purchase.

    ### 9. **Malaysia**
    - **My First Home Scheme**: This scheme allows first-time homebuyers, particularly young couples, to obtain 100% financing, meaning no down payment is required for eligible properties.
    - **Youth Housing Scheme**: This is a joint initiative by the government and private banks offering financial assistance and subsidies for young, newly married couples buying their first homes.

    ### 10. **France**
    - **Zero-Interest Loan (PTZ)**: This is a government-backed zero-interest loan available to first-time buyers to help with the purchase of their first home. The loan amount depends on income, family size, and the location of the property.

These programs often have eligibility requirements, such as income limits, property type restrictions, and residency requirements.

  • Are they doing child abuse ? just asking the point of view of the current political state.
Under the National child protection authority act No 50 1998 using children for political exploitation is considered illegal.

But when mainstream media like Swarnavahini airs such content on national TV (lRathu Ira or some shit IDK the name of that shitty show) we can assume that these rules are just for books.
