What I said was when you are talking about SL government owned ISPs, national security should be the last topic you should talk about because it doesn't exist. Having a government owned ISP doesn't secure us when Intelligent Services are shit. You don't have to worry about safety of your data when you encrypt data in multiple stages and use all the ISPs in Sri Lanka and create a multi redundant network so when one ISP goes down you don't have to worry about intranet/internet going down. SL is not USA where the whole earth is trying to hack into. All the government departments have unlimited internet connections from SLT and it's the only connection they have. If SLT goes down the whole government intranet goes down. WTF is that
