if a girl become above mentioned 'maturity' in age of 10, what do you say? it's still OK to your logic right?
After the age of 14/15 girls become sexually mature and of marriable age though they don't marry.

Ado, mama kiwwuwe menstruation patan gaththata marry karanna oney na, unethical nisa. She has to study, enjoy freedom, explore the world then get married. But menstruation means sexually ready to bear children.
not just unethical using mensuration as the factor to come to legal agreement (eg: marriage) is borderline stupidity. One Girl could come to that at age of 9 then claim there's nothing wrong with she get married. You can say it's unethical but not illegal, which is useless in front of the court. because it's legal. word unethical just becomes a shield to hide the reality.
Just think if a girl menstruate at age 9 & parents and girl herself think I want to get married. Now that's legal to that logic. which is horrifying.
If a girl never start to menstruate at any age, then she can never be married. to the same logic.
A law can't be something that change based on individual persons health condition. That menstruation logic is good for tribal people, not for civilized people who live in modern society.
That's why we have minimum age for the legal marriage instead of menstruation. if that age is 16 or 18, then It should be same to all the people irrespective of religion or belief system.
