    Houses built in 1800s are in high demand because of the solid structure.

    Houses built in 1930s are also considered strong.

    Very rarely people build new houses here and even if they do, it's difficult to sell those.

    There was a church built around 600 AD where I was living previously.

    St. Bartholomew's Hospital in central London is 900 years old and still functioning.

    Old buildings are a normal thing in UK.
