yes eth product eka highlight karanne neh, habei okkoma products ganne nethi nisa hidden agenda tiyennath puluwan, but any ways she always says two things;
01. Always use in moderation (so never say dont or do)
02. Always double check and research the facts our own without accepting her opinion right away

and yeah there may be hidden goal, go viral, start a fight, honestly educating people, get more views and audience etc, we dont know
