So.. they found ISIS link and indicted 03 person who (were isis members ) abide and supported attacks, then this attack is not politically motivated. if FBI found any links of parties other than isis that will change their conclusion to politically motivated bombing.So there is no role by sallay or anybody. Its pure attack by Muslims extrimists which most of muslim population including you not like to accept.

just because a call goes from a person does not mean he is doing the whole crime. but he was involved most likely he was the broker who got orders from someone above him. there is no over that zahran and those other guys can plan something like multiple bomb explosions without the help of the above guys.
