You might have disabled the warning but the Apple SCW framework can still view your photos
Unlike Android you can't uninstall it.

They are doing this validation on cloud photos(Google photos, iCloud photos etc) regardless if you are using Android or iOS.
Never used Google Photos/Drive for any of my personal data, only EU E2EE cloud services that are GDPR compliant
