Machan i got the Asus P5Q PRO Motherboard from Barclays for 18,900.
Those shitheads didn't give any discount. This mobo is superb as i heard. Its p45. I would definitely go for Asus rather than Gigabyte. And i've heard so much ppl say that Intel processors work really well in Asus boards, performance better than other boards.

Asus P5QPro eke performance adui compared to Deluxe and Deluxe is too expensive cos of the 3 PCIE slots.
also for me, the slot placement is horrible on P5QPro.
Cos I have an X-fi Titanium card an if I stick that on top of the primary PCIE16 slot its too close to the 295 an will overheat cos of not enough room for circulation.
