well they got ASUS P5Q PRO motherboard it has P45 chipset. i bought that and works fine for me

well i dnt know abut that i bought it from barclays and i just checked it has more features than your Gigabyte EP45-UD3R MB. just google it and check it. i think now it;s around Rs16000-17000. by the way i think egs has got it. also check slmega i think they got that board but bit expensive than barclays

The x here is from 2 to 6.Higher the more stuff.

D - Durable
S - Speed (OC stuff)
L - Light/low fewer features
P - Has crossfire and Raid
R - Has Raid
Q - Quad stuff like BIOS/copper pipes

I don't think it will lack much many features.Performance will be same Unless you need RAID.

Can't you like talk with them ? I once got a 21.5k mobo for 19k.Promise that you will never ever tell and show the bill.

Usually gigabyte has revisions for mobos.They change the cooler a lot.And I see you are going to import from USA.THen why dont you think of something like DFI LP ? Jus asking coz there are better options.
