    but srsly i thought phones were never allowed in schools
    phones were not allowed in most schools as disciplinary law set by the school itself.
    Then the govt introduced that registering mobile phones law. That law meant that one has to be over 16 to have a phone and that effectively means school kids cant carry phones.
    Now the govt have officially banned kids from taking phones to schools. Which means they just threw in another law to cover the bad implementation of a previous law.

    bad implementation? oh come on they are only human..even the lhc fell apart :) anyway never knew of the existence of such a law. well at least they are not blaming it on that short unp government period ..thats not when they implemented it is it?

    the registering mobile phones law was put in place just last year so that cant pin that one on the UNP. Dont tell me your phone isnt registered
