Good to know you resolved the problem...

malii BIOS update karanakota floppy, cd/dvd or usb (in new motherboards) walin boot karala update karanna.. never update bios via online or in windows..

oky I think you have the bin file on another computer.
You can dd that bin file to a floppy completely , and try to give up that floppy for the
requested floppy that they asking , and then come to windows and reflash !
