there are plenty of ways in doin it without a personal mobile phone

most kids go to tuition after school ..they can't go home and pick up their phones before that...needs do arise of a phone to a kid todays society..the answer is not to condemn communication...i know my cousins ..friends who are younger than me make good use of phones other than texting their better halves. so a simple phone might always become handy in some situations..just cos some kids abuse it doesn't make it no good to anybody.
