the problem with prefects is they are kids like the rest..they are then handed some authority without any training or something..so they don't know shit about how to handle certain situations. so are teachers..some are pathetic..

i think most ppl want to take their own lives..but a very few actually have guts ..so however teachers and prefects are somewhat responsible too, what did they expect ..girls are sensitive to these matters..what they did was wrong but when you deal with a thing like that you have to be a bit extra careful..kids can be stupid and even insane but teachers can't..
