adoooo umbalata complaint enna customers la inna epai..6 milion goda kaleka issella malli...anika active customers lagenui customer base eka balanna...machan mage langa witharak dialog SIm 5 thiyanawa mage friends la gawath godak un gawa 4-5 thiyanaw eth ekek wath use karanne na...( ithin kohomada umba kiyanne 6 million kiyala)we all are Mobitel...u know guys check the share market progress on dialog they sucks day by day...this is the real thing that happening...other thing dialog lost more than 5 million each months.....so...wats the way dialog going ...dan dialog ekata thiyenne coporate tikai..numbers wenas karanna akamathi customers lai witharai...which way dialog going...it's the road of lost road of hell........dialog sucks everu day...every time......who agree with me....its ur 6 Million customers who don't use sucking dialog....
balapan machan wena ekak thiya dialog ekata karaganna deyak nathuwa pare nikanuth sim wikunanawa...wikunana un pare minissungen higaman yadinawa sim ekak ganna kiyala...ane banz...nothing to say any more...

i saw lot of people are complaining about dialog 3G network in elakiri.
but as a dialog employee i know that there are no such complaints officially.
so i request all to post your location and whether you have 3G.
DIALOG 3G IS THE BEST

Im live in near 5km away from peradeniya. what about the 3G even we dont have signals. after 8pm we dont think about calls (no network or network busy).
no incomin calls only call alerts, alerts working nicely.(thnk god at least they can do it)

they build new tower near our home, near mean like 500m. unfortunately still they didt connect antennas and things.
i have complain more that five times. they always saying "api tower eka hadala thiyenne.labana mase eka open karanawa" now 10 month gone.

actually im da only person using this shit others using mobitel. mobitel and Airtel signals perfect. signal strength 100% most of da times according to modems (they are using same tower. itz near DIALOG naked tower). and celtel, huch also good.


DIALOG 3G NETWORK, WIDEST & BEST BUT THEY DONT HAVE WIDEST & BEST GSM NETWORK !!! Lolz

Bro you got it wrong...
No GSM usually means no 3G... usually no place is covered with 3G with out having GSM.. Dialogs main problem is 3G... Its very very poor... GSM is alright..

I live in Kaduwela.. Actually 3 km away from Kaduwela.. No 3G.. I made a complaint and they told that within 2 - 3 months the problem vl be solved. But no solution yet.. Speed z gud during day tym.. but sucks during peak hrs..

I said that since you said that dialog net speed is good...
I know their net speeds are not good at most places... Because no 3G... So some users Get some what good speed if they have 3G... Because most internet users are not using it in 3G network...
So if they improve 3G network then all will Get low speed as international band width will be shared equally...

if your talking about dialog 2g i prefer airtel..
coz on a prepaid sim reload 199rs and get 1000rs
299rs 2000rs
599rs 3000rs
1199rs 6000rs

no one has better plans like that..coz u can use that to call any Srilankan Network or sms.. dial *123# on your airtel prepaid sim and check it out
dialog wala stock's bahin na ayet ahan na deyak aa...


airtel post paid celebration 600package is gud..
take calls or txt any sl network worth 1800rs and pay only 600rs No rentals
