oneTV Derana to produce "Wassana Sihinaya" – a teledrama based on Upul Shantha Sanasgala ever popular novel "Wassana Sihinaya". The novel considered to be one of the most read love stories and has been reprinted as many as 14 times over the past two decades. Two brand new young artists play the roles of the two love birds, namely Madhawa Wijesighe (Kasun) and Dinakshi Priyasa (Chapa). Along with these two are a host of popular artists who will be playing significant roles in the teledrama, including Kusum Renu, Daya Alwis, W.Wijesiri, Gayan Wickramaratne, Somasiri Alakolanga, Avanthia Aponsu, Rumanthi Mangala and Gihan Fernando, to name a few. Wassana Sihinaya will hit the small screen very soon. The teledranma is be directed by Janaka Siriwardena. The Muhurath of teledrama took place today ( 27th August) at Fingara.
