lot of your requirements can not be achieved(hard to achieve).But some of them can be buddy, through Active-X controllers which program using VB.net or C#. So learn them and tray to fulfill your requirements.

There is only one way doing it! You must send him/or her a keylogger on a image file or etc! Keylogger is a self extractable file!When he/she open the image without his or her intention the programme you sending is installing! After that you can check whatever he/she doing on desktop!

Best thing is order a keylogger from here http://www.hackforums.net/
They will ask you to pay them,and they will finish the job for you,I can't help you cuz I'm buzy these days!
