I'm Mr. Hachi Roku and I would like to tell you guys about a site made for particularly car crazy guys and girls.
Its called www.petrolinmyveins.com and the site is still in its beta state but you guys can come register.
Basically its a site for anyone with a car or an interest in cars.
In my vision I want to create a global petrolhead community that will aid not only lankans through petrolheads from abroad but also for any creative and talented tuners in SL to access the overseas markets.
The community will have the following:
1. a way to put up your cars in sort of a showcase so that you can have an online reference of your car for others to see
2. classifieds section for anyone to request for items or Sell auto-related items such as spare parts/upgardes or tuning services
3. a community similar to facebook but more focused on vehicles so that each garage/mechanic/spares shop/upgrades shop can be viewed in its purest form and for all users to be able to comment and rate each for higher visibility of these guys service
4. A chat service for anyone with the need to discuss issues with their vehicles/new cars/or absolutely anything regarding autos
I want this to be a free of charge service for all of you out there but as I need to cover my costs I may hav to put up a few google ads so please do bare with that.
So I'd like to hear your comments on this and hope to see a few of your vehicles on my site. It's absolutely ok for any a standard car. It's those standard cars that will make the difference. You dont need to hav a fast or sporty looking car to be a petrolhead.
