Physical punishments should not be allowed as well as psychological punishments. There is no point in punishing a child because it doesn't tell the child the correct behaviour. The adults like teachers should guide the children and the parents also have a responsibility in this-some parents don't teach their children right and wrong at all.

I just can't understand what they teach at the teacher training schools. Apparently, many teachers don't understand anything about the child's mind, what growth is all about, how to act in an emergency, how to take responsibility or how to protect the children.

Very well said..I agree with this 100%..Punishing a child without showing what was wrong and how the behavior can be corrected teaches the child absolutely nothing. Someone should teach these teachers before they teach the students. paw ahinsaka lamai.

we controlled ourselves and behave calm
but, we cant compare ourselves to today's world younger generation.
bcoz all today's world studs minds were changed by teledrama's and movies!

now students know how to commit a suicide
as this is the third time, its seems like, a trend to comment suicide is also arising
that's why im saying, the earlier methods can't accept with today's world

we have to ban corporal punishments in order to protect students who live in this century!
