website problem pls help

Hi, the problem is i cannot access "torrentz.com" website. firefox says "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" ie7 displays " cannot display page" and chrome "The webpage at http://www.torrentz.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address" . All other websites are working fine. and the site is working at my friends place. I checked windows firewall and Kaspersky firewall, none of them are blocking this site... !. if i use a proxy bypass website, the site is working...! im using sltnet broadband package with USR 4 port router! OS is vista..
any suggestion?
