- This was the first show of the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival that Slipknot co-headlined with Disturbed.
- At the end of "Disasterpiece" Sid Wilson jumped from a 12 ft floor thing above Craig and brakes both his ankles in the fall.
He is helped off stage and gets medical treatment. He is not on stage during "Psychosicial" but is back on the stage right
before "The Heretic Anthem" starts. You can see he is having trouble standing up during the last songs.
