Machan dont be misunderstanding..JIHAD is for Save islam not for split islam or destriy other religions.I ddnt reply for this thread so far but i am shame about some mebers insults our Prophet (PBUH) and our god ALLAH.Its not good in a peaceful community to talk like dat .OOk if there any issues they should discover who done that not to be insult religion.B4 in reply i told about that.There are so many muslim members on EK ,are they victims on this subject.Everybody thnks JIHAD is bad war against religions.Datsy i gave a simple note.

As I understand there's 2 types of Jihad, one is to fight with oneself to resist sin, second type is warfare which is permissible by Quran itself!
Which one are you talking about? whichever the way you would like to put it, violence is permissible by Quran to protect Islam!

in a new thread what is Jihad.
I came to know that name and i thought it is like LTTE.
There are more misunderstandings and you all should explain and clear those misunderstandings.
Until sunrise Venus thinks she is the King.
I know there are two or three sections of muslims
in sri lanka. According to their mosque's teachings
they have to grow their population. They have to
earn a lot of money.
This Kuragala and Devanagala incidents are very bad.
But I encourage all you Sri Lankan Buddhists to do
these things for your nation and religion.
01. Offer more than seven children
to your nation.(no more birth control)
02. Buy every land as well as you can.
03. Don't sell your property to non-buddhists.
04. Go to Temple and observe Sil every Poya day.
05. Learn Sutta and other Dhamma Deshana.
06. Teach your children about Lord Buddha and Buddhism.
07. Respect and protect archeological monuments.
08. Learn what they are and what kind of
relics are treasured in them.
09. Respect Buddhist monks and your elders.
10. Don't miss events of your Temples.
11. Spread Buddhism as well as you can.
12. Meditate at least five minutes a day.
13. Earn money from good methods and
bank some part and offer some to temples.
14. Protect pancha Sila.
15. Keep your attention to other nasty
racists acts against buddhism and react to
them immediately accordingly.
There are a lot of things we need to do,all buddhists.
Every reply of this thread have supported to
inform of this news to all,even if it is a good or
bad reply,this thread will be in our Home page.
Replies allow us to publish anything in forums.
I saw most of the muslims rejected these bad habits
of their cousins.
Some of them used bad language.
