Three killed in Pillayan’s security vehicle accident

A backup security vehicle belonging to the Eastern Province Chief Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pillayan crashed into a tree in Kurunegala early this morning killing 3 of the occupants. Pillayan was not in the convoy at the time. Police suspect the accident occurred as the vehicle was traveling at high speed. (Pushpakumara- Kurunegala)
